BRUNNO CEZAR THEODORO
Brunno started his career in 2007 as a professional instructor in Londrina, Brazil with training by renown Brazilian instructors, Jimmy de Oliveira, Kadu Pires & Larissa Thayane, Renato Veronezi & Babi Pacheco and Fabio Reis.
In 2014 Brunno completed his teaching certification for West Coast Swing, with the GPDIA (Global Professional Dance Instructors Association). He also dances and teaches professionaly Samba de Gafieira, Zouk and Forro.
In 2007 Brunno partnered with Paula. Together they choreographed for the Ouro Verde, a brazilian theater. They performed for 2 years there and were a part of the famed GEDAN’s Dance Group.
In 2011 Brunno trained with world class professional instructors to teach West Coast Swing. His coaches range from Jordan Frisbee, Tatiana Mollmann, Maxence Martin, Michael Kielbasa, Michael Kiehm and many more.
Brunno now resides in the United States, where he is building a strong community of dancers with his unique style of elegant Brazilian/Latin dances as well as infusing the flavor of Zouk into West Coast Swing.
Paula started dancing at age 9 with the Londrina Ballet, performing on a regular basis. At age 13, she moved to Rio de Janeiro to train in Jazz and Street Dance.
In 2005 she pursued the Brasilian Latin Dances where she met her partner and now husband, Brunno Cezar Theodoro. In 2007 they started teaching, choreographing and performing around their state. They performed for 2 years at the Ouro Verde, a brazilian theater and were a part of the famed GEDAN’s Dance Group.
In 2011 Paula began training in West Coast Swing with world class professional instructors including Jordan Frisbee, Tatiana Mollmann, Maxence Martin, Michael Kielbasa and Michael Kiehm.
In early 2014, Paula completed certification for instructing the West Coast Swing throught the “GPDIA (Global Professional Dance Instructors Association)” USA branch. Paula’s extensive expertise in Zouk has brought her to the forefront of the West Coast Swing community where she infuses, and is making popular, the Zouk styling into the movements of West Coast Swing.
Paula now resides in the United States, where she is building a strong community of dancers with her unique style of elegant Brazilian/Latin dances influenced by her Ballet background.
